Sticker pricing calculator

A calculator tuned for sticker makers. Sheets are cheap per unit, so batch size, cutter wastage and marketplace minimum fees drive whether a sticker is actually profitable.

Costs makers often forget

  • Vinyl and laminate by the sheet
  • Ink or toner allocated per sheet
  • Cutter blade wear and mis-cuts
  • Backing paper and packaging sleeves
  • Design time spread across the print run
  • Marketplace minimum fees on low-price items

A simple worked example

A run of 100 die-cut stickers

If a sheet yields 20 stickers at roughly 3 in materials, a 100-sticker run costs about 15 in materials plus an hour of design and cutting. At low retail prices the marketplace minimum fee often bites — the calculator shows when it does.
